Developments over 30 years ago. The business has grown over the years and is now considered one of the foremost high-end residential building companies in South West London.\n\nIn 2014, Garry and Ian Sellars decided to combine their skills to form GM London, to undertake property development. He then moved over to private equity and joined Permira, where he was a partner for over 20 years. He is now retired from Permira.\n\nIan has used GM Developments for over 25 years on various building projects and in 2014 Ian and Garry took the decision to jointly establish GM London, to undertake property development projects.\n\nAt GM London, Ian focuses on the structure and the financing of master\u2019s degree in Real Estate. Before joining GM London in 2021, Lavinia worked at Caerus Developments and Alison Brooks Architects, specialising in large and medium scale residential developments at planning and construction stages, for public and private organisations. Lavinia has won a number of awards such as the Harvey, Hays and Sikorsky memorial prize.
