GM London is the privately owned development arm of GM Developments which has been operating successfully in South West London for over 30 years. As a result of this association GM London has grown quickly making its own headlines in a highly competitive new build market.
Since its formation in 2014 GM London has undertaken the development of several sites across South West London. These range from individual state of the art houses in Putney through to a twenty one luxury apartment building in Wimbledon. As a company we do not build large scale housing projects preferring to provide smaller scale schemes with high level finishes. Of course it all starts with good design and an eye for detail that ensures the delivery of high quality homes that reflect the characteristics of the surrounding area. With an eye to climate change we also provide cycle storage wherever possible.
We have recently completed building nine luxury apartments in Fulham with commercial space on the lower ground and ground floors. In fact we decided to return to our roots and move into the ground floor ourselves! Currently we are in the process of building forty one apartments to a high level specification with commercial space on the ground floor and underground car parking and cycle storage in North London.
All our properties have full insurance and warranties from HBC, Premier Guarantee or BLP
